Welcome to my personal webpage!
My name is Jince Mon Joy, and I am a Certified Migration Expert, Business Management Specialist, Professional Recruitment Consultant, Nursing Councils Licensing & Registration Advisor and a Certified Education Counsellor with a wide range of talents and experiences.

I am the proud founder of Agnez International, an agency dedicated to assisting overseas nurses with their registration and education in various countries worldwide. Additionally, I am an active member of the United Nations Network on Migration (UNNM) and the International Migration Research Network (IMISCOE), with a Migration Research Hub ID of 4077.

Presently, I am also participating in the United Nations Global Compact for Migration (UNGCM). I am a certified immigration consultant with a strong background in immigration law and regulations. I have completed several courses related to these areas, enhancing my expertise in the field.

Furthermore, I hold four badges from the World Health Organization (WHO): the first is "Migration and Health, focusing on enhancing intercultural competence and diversity sensitivity," and the second is "WHO Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Emergencies." and the third is "Introduction to the Emergency Response Framework (ERF)." and forth are "Global Competency Standards for the Provision of Health Services to Refugees and Migrants."
I am proud to be the sole Indian participant in the Fifth WHO Global School on Refugee and Migrant Health Program 2024, organized by the World Health Organization, and to hold the prestigious Certificate of Attendance.
And i am equally honored to have participated in the Sixth WHO Global School on Refugee and Migrant Health Program 2025, also organized by the World Health Organization, and to have successfully received the Certificate of Participation for this edition as well.

I have successfully completed the British Council (UK) Agent and Counsellor Training Program and am a certified Counsellor (Certificate Code: 33212), with the certification and personal badge issued on 09 April 2024. After fulfilling the required two-year seniority period, I have also successfully completed the British Council (UK) Agent and Counsellor Recertification Training Program and received my second personal badge and recertification on 05 March 2026 (Certificate Code: 100051). In addition to my professional work, I am an avid traveler with a strong passion for supporting health migrants in achieving their career aspirations and realizing their professional goals.

I am excited to announce that I have successfully completed the US Agent Training Course (USATC) through ICEF Academy, and I am now a distinguished US Course Graduate (USCG). This prestigious achievement has granted me international recognition as an ICEF qualified consultant in the field of international education.
As a result of this accomplishment, I have been featured on the USCG Finder and have received a unique Graduate Badge (No. 637) along with my certificate. This certification underscores my dedication and expertise in providing top-tier consultancy services in international education.
In addition to the USATC, I have also successfully passed the Education Agent Training Course (EATC) through the ICEF Academy formal test. As a Qualified Education Agent Counsellor, I am now featured on the QEAC Finder and am entitled to a certificate and a badge (No. 13264) with my own personal unique ID number, recognizing me internationally as an ICEF qualified consultant and counsellor for the international education industry.

Most recently, I successfully completed the New Zealand Education Agent Course (NZEAC) formal test, and as a New Zealand Course Graduate, I am now featured on the NZCG Finder and am entitled to a certificate and a badge (No. 5) with my own personal unique ID number. This new credential further solidifies my international recognition as an ICEF-qualified New Zealand anent and consultant for the international education industry.

In continuation of my commitment to global professional excellence, I have also successfully completed ICEF Academy’s and FELTOM’s Malta Agent Training Course (MATC). As a Malta Course Graduate, my dedication to professional development has been recognized through an industry-accredited certificate and badge, each carrying my unique graduate ID (MCG#16). This certification acknowledges my specialist training and personal achievement in the Maltese international education sector. My commitment to continuous learning and professional development ensures that I remain at the forefront of the industry, providing the best possible advice and support to my clients.
